Today courier. Why? I don't really know. I felt like doing something different. That's enough of a reason sometimes. Today has been a little more trying so far - it's only about noon, so things still have plenty of time to change, get better, get worse. In fact, it's likely that they will change, maybe impossible that they won't. Actually impossible that they won't. If I tried my very hardest, I could not maintain the exact state I am in right now.
I'm experiencing more discomfort in small ways today. Aches and pains. Things that hurt before, but now seem like they carry more gravitas, more weight. The voice of anxiety feels vindicated for all those decades of irritation / torture / constant chatter. It's difficult to maintain perspective. Lots of unknown. Lots of acceptance work, really. In any event, physically I feel pretty much the same as I did yesterday. My L hip continues to bother me now - it feels like the way it's bothered me in the past years, but who knows? I will be glad to visit the doctor's tomorrow to hopefully get some more clarification and reassurance.
I had a nice Father's Day morning treat, visiting Lavender & Honey with Sarah and Arlo and receiving some really nice cards from them. Brown Sugar iced latte & a Kouign Aman (however you spell it). Now I'm working on the 3d design and print of some feet for a little toolbox I bought at Harbor Freight a while back. The stick on feet stink so I'm working on some sturdier ones that will sort of clip on. "Rule 8 Don't try to create and analyze at the same time. They're different processes." So I'll keep trying to make.
